If your order is being shipped outside the U.S., you may be charged additional import fees and customs when it arrives, depending on the import regulations of your country. We recommend being aware of the import/customs regulations in your country before placing your order. Please note that some carriers may charge an additional handling fee for processing duty or tax payments at the time of pick-up or delivery.

DFTBA is not responsible for paying customs duties or import taxes for any orders shipped outside of the United States.

When we list the value on customs forms, we do not include shipping costs, only the cost of the actual item. 

We are not able to reimburse for customs duties, import taxes or additional handling fees that carriers may require at the time of delivery/pick-up.
