Will I have to pay customs/import taxes or additional fees when my order arrives?Updated 8 days ago

DFTBA does not pay customs duties or import taxes in advance for any orders shipped outside of the United States. Recipients are responsible for paying these fees upon arrival. 

If your order is shipped outside the U.S., you may be charged additional import fees and customs duties upon arrival, depending on the import regulations in your country. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the import/customs regulations in your country before placing your order. Please note that some carriers or customs offices may charge an additional handling fee for processing these payments.

When we list the value on customs forms, we do not include shipping costs; only the cost of the actual item is listed. 

We are not able to reimburse for customs duties, import taxes, or additional handling fees that carriers may require at the time of delivery/pick-up.
