When will my order ship?Updated 3 months ago

Generally, it takes about 3-5 business days for us to pack and ship an item - refer to your order confirmation for the most accurate timelines. Orders placed near the end of the week or during the weekend may ship early the following week. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

We ship orders every afternoon, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.  If your order contains any pre-order or backorder items, your order will ship once all the items are ready to ship.

Please note that if your order contains any preorder items or print-to-order items, then everything will ship together according to the timeline noted on the product page. Your order confirmation will include a note to remind you that a preorder and/or print-to-order item is included in your order.
