Contact us and describe the kind of damage the item has incurred. Pictures also help us assess whether the damage occurred in transit or was a manufacturing defect that slipped through quality control.
Once we confirm the reshipment, a replacement will be sent within 2 business days. You will receive a shipment notification when it is sent.
If the damaged item was a limited release or is no longer available for sale, we can only send a replacement if there is extra stock left in the warehouse. If there is no back stock, we will let you know and refund the amount you paid for the item(s).
