Can you split my order into multiple shipments?Updated 8 days ago

We are unable to ship partial orders. Any orders containing a pre-ordered item will ship once all the items in the order are ready to ship.

If you need to ship items to separate addresses, we recommend placing a new order for each destination. If you've already placed a single order and want the items to ship separately, let our support team know. In most cases, we can cancel the original order (as long as it has not yet shipped), and you can then place separate orders that will ship separately.
